Spent at least 2 and 1/2 yrs push stroking about 600-1000 pieces a day (6 color backs, 2 color fronts). I've done both types of strokes until I hurt myself working for scumbag bosses. If you run a company don't be an asshole

a flat bar between the clamp posts and the screen stops movement when you're securing the frame

To add to tip #5…If you are trying to spot remove a piece of emulsion in a tight spot you can put a barricade (example-tape a couple of rulers or something around the spot around the spot) in case you are slightly inaccurate on your first couple of shot attempts. I’m only reaping the benefits of tip #1 the last half year but it’s a game changer. Get those thin thread 157/48’s and thank Cam later!

Nice video except next time it would be a much better idea to have a model with a more common physique wear the shirt so everyone can have a much better idea of how it fits.

anyone have any idea why when i go to wash out my screen after exposing. the image that wasn’t burned becomes bubbly in a way and i end up having to peel my image instead of it washing out nicely

instructions unclear- coated screen in degreaser, was smoking a ciggarette, now the screen has burnt up. now i have a aluminium frame, with no screen. wife accused me of smoking meth. Smells like burning plastic. she would know. Ugh.

Well… to adjust angle of the screen it’s not necessary bending whole screen just enough to put some strip of vinyl all a way back on the bottom corner

Very new to screen printing (<1 year). This information was invaluable!! Love it. But you all mentioned a few things I’d like to know more about.. 1 is the different types of printing? Process printing? Emulsion for Graphics design? I don’t understand that. Is it a type of printing? 2 the different ink types with in a family of inks? Ie process inks, mixing inks “standard” ink? All within the plastisol ink family.. sorry if these are dumb questions. I’ve look around the UA-cam for answers, but I’m not able to get these questions answered. Anyway. Thank you so much for this video! It has been extremely helpful..

The software is pretty good. I use it but there is no support what so ever for the software, Like I said I like the software but I don't know if I can stick around with no support.

Here's a tip: Use a utility knife to cut the rubber into 1 or 2 inch strips. It will take a lot less force to peel off.
